Who we are

This website is operated by Datum Systems LLC, a Puerto Rico limited liability company. This policy applies only to datumsystems.org— the corporate marketing site. Our product, Who's On Call (whosoncall.app), is governed by its own terms of service and Business Associate Agreement.

What we collect

Analytics. We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to collect anonymous, aggregated page view and performance data. These tools do not collect personally identifiable information (PII), do not use cookies for tracking, and do not follow visitors across sites.

Contact form. If you submit the contact form, your name, email address, and message are sent to us via Formspree. We use this information solely to respond to your inquiry. We do not sell, share, or use this data for marketing beyond direct follow-up to your request.

Cookies

This site does not set tracking cookies. A locale preference cookie may be set if you switch the site language. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies are used.

Third-party services

Vercel (hosting, analytics, speed insights) and Formspree (contact form processing) are the only third-party services that receive data from this site. Both maintain their own privacy policies. No data is shared with advertising networks.

Your rights

You may request deletion of any personal data you have submitted via the contact form by emailing support@whosoncall.org. We will respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services evolve. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. We do not notify visitors of routine updates.
